Shipping times

We strive to print, stretch, package, and ship your canvas art within 24 hours of your order. Most of the time your art ships the same day. Shipping within the contiguous U.S. is usually UPS Ground or USPS and is free to the contiguous U.S.

Shipping outside the lower 48 states (including Hawaii, Alaska, and international) is available upon request — email help@epicgraffiti.com with your address for an exact quote. International orders may require customs and duties depending on the destination country.

Returns & refunds

If you are not satisfied with your art, you can ship it back for a full refund within 30 days of your order. Damaged or incorrect items: email us with your order number and we will rush a replacement. Cancellations are possible if the item has not shipped yet; once picked up by the carrier, return it for a refund.

Materials

Artwork is giclée printed on high-quality archival-grade canvas using archival ink. Each piece is carefully hand-stretched on made-in-the-USA solid wood bars and ships from our Chicagoland facility.

Ready to hang

Product descriptions state that pieces are stretched and ready to hang (Made in USA).

Sizes

Available sizes vary by artwork. Each product page lists size options under “Pick a Size (Inches)” (examples across the catalog include sizes such as 12×16, 12×18, 12×24, 16×18, 18×26, 20×24, 20×40, 26×34, 26×40, and 30×60). Check the product you want for its exact size options.
